MINISO Exchange Policy

Except for products* having quality issue, MINISO reserves the right to consider all sales made at any of its stores final sales which are not subject to refund, exchange or repair.
As to sale of a confirmed defective product, MINISO will be happy to determine an exchange or a repair, provided that:
• the defective product is returned to the original MINISO store where the purchase was made;
• the defective product is returned with its original receipt; and
• the defective product is returned within 15 days of the purchase

*Undergarments, fashion accessories, socks and cosmetics are non-exchangeable
