Responsibilities and Duties

• Co-ordination with Existing store land lords / facilities for Rental & Rental/
  Revenue share Negotiation.
• Look for new sites, evaluate the sites, submit report.
• Negotiate with landlord or developer on rent and other terms. Prepare all
  documentation part.
• Followup internally with other departments.
• Check P&L of every store and advise operations on how to increase sales of
  under performing stores.
• Update the market scenario with the present/ ongoing market rentals / RS
  (Revenue share)
• In case of any Legal concerns then coordinate with the concerned department
• Key Skill
• Good communication skills (Fluent English speaking and writing)
• Awareness about current industrial and fashion market
